Zero‑harm mindset with practical controls. WA standards, clean sites, professional delivery.
We plan the work, brief the team, and verify controls at the face. Every task is covered by an appropriate SWMS with the right people signing on. Supervisors monitor conditions and stop work if controls aren’t effective.
A Safe Work Method Statement sets out the high‑risk construction tasks, hazards, and the specific controls that will be used to eliminate or minimise risk. It’s a living document – briefed before work, referenced during, and updated when conditions change.
SWMS are reviewed at mobilization and whenever conditions change. Worker sign‑on is collected daily.
Incidents, near misses and hazards are reported promptly to the supervisor. Corrective actions are tracked and discussed in toolbox talks. Photos and notes are stored with job records to support quality and learning.
